Quality of Service and Streamable Replays has dropped off significantly compared to last year
I have tried several times to reach out to customer service to notify them of streaming issues not only on the app but also on TV. The issue has been persistent all year and instead of rectifying the issue, it has gotten worse. Every time I try to connect with customer service, they give the same answer that âthey know itâs an issueâ but it doesnât seem like theyâre doing anything about it. There were no issues when I was using this app last year and I wonât be continuing my subscription.

Shocking changes
The 2026 update for this app is absolutely appalling. The people who decided to make changes to this clearly have no idea of the user experience and have no idea of the dreadful usability of this new version. And also the iPad maximum screen problem. Anybody in their right mind wouldâve gone back to the previous version but instead they still insist on forcing genuine tennis users to use this rubbish.

Beware, I was going to download until I saw that the app will steal all your privacy rights. Too much sensitive info to give out for ann app that wants to collect all from you.
Missing Condensed Match Option for Completed Matches
One feature that is seriously missing is the ability to watch completed matches without all the downtime.
Tennis has a lot of breaks between points, games, and sets, plus changeovers. When watching a match that has already finished, there should be an option to automatically skip these pauses and show only the actual play.
Other sports streaming apps already do this. Paramount+ has the âAll Fights, No Fillersâ option for UFC, and the NBA app offers condensed viewing modes like âGame Recapâ and âAll Possessions.â Itâs disappointing that such an expensive service as Tennis TV doesnât offer anything similar.
Instead, I have to keep tapping the screen to fast-forward through every break, which makes watching replays much less enjoyable. Please add a condensed match option for completed matches. It would greatly improve the user experience.

As a paid member, site worked before but not will not log me in. Thereâs been various issues since I paid $134.99 for an annual subscription but the site not allowing me access today tops its. Iâve had enough of this site and do not recommend it to anyone.

Not as good as Tennis Channel
The layout is clunky and not intuitive like the Tennis Channel app. It regularly pulls up the wrong match. Also, there is no split screen and navigation within matches is clunky at best. This could be far better.
UPDATE IS TERRIBLE!!!
The new update is terrible - it is so complicated that itâs almost unusable. No more simple schedules by time and court and players. No more simple access to replays or highlights. And it first appears vertical on iPad Pro and then needs to be turned horizontal and then thereâs no sound until you tap the sound icon (that doesnât indicate mute). Itâs filled with all kinds of unnecessary bells and whistles - whatâs next? an online gambling option??!!??

I have owned two Apple streaming devices and two Amazon fire sticks. None of them come close to this device. As a matter of fact, Tennis TV wonât even work Amazon fire sticks.
The resolution is incredible. The colours are incredible. And itâs only $50 at Walmart. And all of my other apps look fantastic with us.
No other product does justice to Tennis TV. Worth every cent.

Amazon Firestick Incompatibility

Voted Worst App 2026
The results are in. This app has failed in all tests we conducted in the usability tests. With test plans tailored to this product, nobody could find players. Nobody could how the players got ranked this high - when they were told where the players could be found. Nobody could find how to find live matches. When they could find live matches it took them 3-4 clicks to play the match. Only to find it has a rain delay which could have been displayed. The testers could not find the play controls since there were so small and how to exit some screens. So they had to exit the app and close it in the OS then open it again. The comments I got after the tests made me want to share this with the world and hope the Tennis TV team actually tries to use the product. âHave they even used their own appâ was a common feedback note. I knew this would score low by using it myself but did not expect it to get a 3/100. The next worst app we got in 2025 and 2026 was 19/100.

Eu estava muito entusiasmado com esse app, atĂ© perceber alguns problemas: tem muitos âruntime exceptionsâ com mudanças de rede WiFi; nĂŁo tem app nativo para TVs Samsung (tem para webOS/LG); muitos problemas com AirPlay e Google Cast; e, principalmente, nĂŁo transmite Grand Slams como Roland Garros ou WTA alĂ©m de, contrariando minhas expectativas, nĂŁo permitir escolher o Ăąngulo de cĂąmera para assistir aos jogos (ex.: nĂvel da quadra). Tem um preço alto de assinatura, que na minha opiniĂŁo nĂŁo justifica os pontos fortes: comentaristas de altĂssima qualidade, transmissĂŁo contĂnua sem comerciais e streaming de bastidores. Pena, mas acho que nĂŁo vou renovar ano que vem quando a assinatura vencer. O Disney+/ESPN tem uma oferta melhor de conteĂșdo, apesar dos comerciais repetitivos e programação confusa.

Great except ONE thing!
I love this channel. 100% worth the money! I just have one gripe and that is the match thumbnails. At the beginning of every match they take nice pictures but when the âfinal handshake of the matchâ is shown as the thumbnail, I can guess with about a 90% accuracy, who won the match. It would really be great if you showed the beginning picture as the thumbnail and not the final handshake.

Ruined by unnecessary updates
Formerly an excellent, streamlined app that was easy to use and navigate. Recent updates have made it slower and less intuitive, clogged it up with pointless features (Instagram-esque stories that no-one asked for) and decreased overall functionality - itâs full of glitches and small errors that make me just close the app because I canât be bothered. Cancelling my subscription.

Major glitches
Ever since the last update I canât use the app at all on my iPad and on my smart tv the highlights wonât load.
Highlights not so great
It is sad to see that highlights are either put together by AI or by somebody that doesnât understand tennis. You see points that are meaningless in the score board drama (15:15 on 2 all) and they miss entirely 2 saved match points for the loser.
