Slowest app of all time
This app is sooo slow to open. It takes about 30 seconds from opening the app to being logged in and actually able to do anything. Please do something about how slow this app is to open. It is painful.
Extremely slow and unstable
The application GUI is okay, but the performance is unacceptable. Loading basic information such as transacts never loads and times out every time. Makes the app completely useless.

The app takes a long time to process any filter. It takes ages to generate any filtered information and doesn’t provide much insights on your super investments. Lots could be done

Even when it works the app is super basic. So kind of more unforgivable that even the basics don’t work.

Despite updates, there seems to always be an issue.
Unable to access login with Face ID anymore
Seems to be some odd security change, which is now requiring me to login on my phone with username and password every single time, despite having Face ID setup.
For some reason you can’t use Face ID without having a passcode setup, as rather than actually using my biometric data when logging in your app is using the passcode as the primary verification, and ignoring Face ID. This then triggers a requirement for username and password to be used for login, followed by 2nd step of a code issued to my mobile (not optimal as far as security is concerned).
Why can’t I simply use my face to verify myself & login - what is the point of enabling this feature but not enabling the capability to work??

Unable to login for weeks
Keep saying contact us as we were unable to log you in. I heard good things about the super but it looks pretty bad tech wise. As a person who is involved in my finances I like to check my super balances in 2026 through the app and it shouldn’t take more than a few seconds. For some reason with ART it’s not an option. Maybe stop spending money on ads with Netflix and start spending more money on your tech.

Firstly, the super balance displayed in the app differs from what’s shown on the website, which is worrying and undermines confidence in the accuracy of the information.
Secondly, the app performance is very slow, and I frequently encounter login timeouts, which makes it difficult to access my account reliably.
For a fund of this size, I would expect a more consistent and dependable digital experience.
I’d appreciate it if these issues could be investigated and addressed as a priority.

As the title says. App is quite useless in general.
Security and features gone overboard
I've been using this since the SunSuper days in early 2010's and find the latest version more tedious to use. I am still in the accumulation phase and simply want to monitor by balance every couple of days. It is taking too long too long in, via the balance and log out - almost 60 secs including a forced in-app update. Keep in simple - ANZ, Westpac and CBA are good benchmarks where I can finish this ~5 secs

A disgraceful insurance package
The chances of logging in to check my balance are around 50/50. Constant requests to verify my account and send numerous text’s etc.
Misleading figures
What I reckon they should show us instead of the total super, they should show us a break down of what actually is contributed by employers, what went out as fees and what actually interest was earned. Very misleading! Tell me how i can see my breakdown!
Too Slow
This app takes forever to load data and when you go to check your concessional contributions, the grey data boxes just flicker and won’t display information. This has happened to me numerous times. And when you go to check your super on the weekend, you can’t access it a lot of the time as they are performing maintenance on it. They really need to improve this app as it is extremely frustrating.

Worst App
Negative experience, takes 20 minutes to load and sign in. Get a new developer, for a super that is big, you need to invest more in your app. Don’t bother installing it’s a waste of time. Get new developers that can develop an app that works. Worst end user experience. Feels like a bloatware.
Incredibly slow
It can take up to 3 minutes to log into your account (wifi/data), when it doesn’t “encounter an error” in the process. All other work fine, so it’s not my Internet or phone.
Needs improvement
This app is clunky and often unresponsive to all but simple super balance views. It needs much improvement to make it useful to the end user. It appears poorly designed with frequent intermittent issues. This reflects poorly on the superannuation fund itself. Do better!

Every time i try and open this app it crashes after i put my pin in. I’m on the latest ios and latest version
