Frustrating app
Makes my life miserable on a Mac
Jolliffe
It’s rubbish as is everything
to do with Microsoft
to do with Microsoft
Links
The update deleted the links associated with previous authentication such as Qantas
Avoid
Absolutely rubbish
Subscription version
I didn’t know this was a paid version. No chance of getting refunded. Feels like a con
The app won’t let me into my document, it just wants money from me
As above. It just demands a £35 payment and won’t actually work
Appalling
This useless difficult to use system is just another set of barriers imposed by Microsoft. Why? I just want to use what I’m paying for! THIS USELESS JUNK NEVER WORKS.
asking for payment
why is this app asking for payment?
Locked out
Did not send prompt to phone. Locked out of Microsoft.
Be careful with this app
It takes you to payment a step before you think it will. Looks like i’m not the only one this has happened to, then they refuse to refund, not great.
Lifetime In App Purchase Vanished
After paying for a lifetime app purchase, I have now found that to gain access to my codes I need to buy an annual subscription. Restore purchase says no purchases to restore. Total scam! Do not go near this fraud.
Excellent
Very fast
Impossible to use
No ability to get help and simply goes in a loop asking for a code which is never sent
Refund inquiry
I cancelled my subscription before it ended and it says it was in active but it still took out my money. I have contacted and have not heard back. I want a refund on my money or someone to contact on how I can get it back ASAP. Very disappointed and angry with this app.
Free version???
It won’t let you scan the QR code unless you pay for the upgrade
Crash
Keeps crashing.
Can not configure
I am trying to install for use with my employer but the instructions are inconsistent with having a global company account so I am locked out with no practical access to customer service. All I access is a large instruction manual which is generic. I have wasted 30mins of my time and will now forget about Duo Mobile.

My PC has directed me to my Apple phone by scanning the QR code in which I did and paid £35.99 but I can’t connect sage on my PC to this app!!!!
Authenticator
This is terrible. I am being bullied into buying this app which I don’t want and it is an unwelcome nuisance
