Be careful with this app
It takes you to payment a step before you think it will. Looks like i’m not the only one this has happened to, then they refuse to refund, not great.
Lifetime In App Purchase Vanished
After paying for a lifetime app purchase, I have now found that to gain access to my codes I need to buy an annual subscription. Restore purchase says no purchases to restore. Total scam! Do not go near this fraud.

Refund inquiry
I cancelled my subscription before it ended and it says it was in active but it still took out my money. I have contacted and have not heard back. I want a refund on my money or someone to contact on how I can get it back ASAP. Very disappointed and angry with this app.

Keeps crashing.
Can not configure
I am trying to install for use with my employer but the instructions are inconsistent with having a global company account so I am locked out with no practical access to customer service. All I access is a large instruction manual which is generic. I have wasted 30mins of my time and will now forget about Duo Mobile.

My PC has directed me to my Apple phone by scanning the QR code in which I did and paid £35.99 but I can’t connect sage on my PC to this app!!!!
