The app works until it doesn’t. And then you cant get substantial help from customer service. You are left to read countless un helpful protocols that are not tailored to your problem. No live person to resolve the issue and no solution to be found.

How nice! An app that makes everything so nice and *simple* and *easy*…except when it doesn’t happen to launch at all and prevents ANYTHING from getting done. Multifactor authentication that requires apps on mobile devices is pure dysfunctional evil.
