How nice! An app that makes everything so nice and *simple* and *easy*…except when it doesn’t happen to launch at all and prevents ANYTHING from getting done. Multifactor authentication that requires apps on mobile devices is pure dysfunctional evil.

I am heart broken, I realized that my I am now locked out of several of my accounts, on several sites, because I used the last version of the app, and when I went to open it, it said I was unable to open it because the app no longer existed.

I’m so frustrated, this app used to be free and they updated to subscription and now all my passcodes are gone. Thanks a lot that is so awesome. Never trust them.

Stop trying to force people to pay for this! It’s annoying.
You block the screens with the pay option and the ‘skip now’ button is hidden in very small fonts at the bottom. Can be very frustrating for someone just looking for a PIN code, which is a timed process as well so just overall annoying when you hide the skip button. Absolutely embarrassing.
wasn't useable, tiring
don't use it in the morning before 12, it wanted money for memory that i had store like other previous company laid down by law, i see dat, started tweaking wanting me to make statement before even use, then money. cash flow bring pies, moshed, kneed, punch. sharing is what we working with by no mistake but questions to where, mashed simple but why fronted for privacy or check this out. no matter for the pressure of if i'm doin' it right, niggxs go kcrazy for a ham, cheese

After IPhone update
I loved this app, and I have been using it regularly until after the recent iPhone upgrade when I went into my authenticator app, I realized all my accounts had been deleted. I would try to sign into them, it was still requiring a code from my authenticator app I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I still don’t have any of my accounts. Customer support and feedback no one will answer my emails on how to fix and resolve this solution. I am locked out of multiple important accounts because I thought I could trust this app. Do not download it.
