Ik kan geen 2-cijferige code nog 6-cijferige verificatie codes bevestigen. De app genereerd zelf een 2-cijferige code die ik in diezelfde app zou moeten bevestigen, maar daar krijg ik geen mogelijkheid toe. Daarom kan ik niet inloggen in de volledige Microsoft Portaal

Shady Business
I subscribed in error. Upon realizing I’d been charged an annual fee for a service I had thought was free, I cancelled and tried to request a refund. But there is no apparent way to find this app’s developers or business name much less a phone number. This amounts to shady business practices.

It is price gouging. I don’t want to use this stupid app. I hate that you force people to use this and charge so much at a yearly basis

Like many other users in the reviews. I got the wrong Microsoft authentication app and I got billed for a whole YEAR while downloading this app.

Il a fallu que je paie 50$ pour avoir Authenticator pour être capable de me loguer dans mon compte Microsoft pour aller chercher ma facturation de Microsoft !!!??

This company advertises a smooth and easy refund process, but that has not been my case at all. I requested a refund just one hour after purchasing, once I realized my new employer already provides the same service.
Initially, they responded and even agreed to issue a refund or let me switch to another service (“Cleaner app”), which I was willing to accept. However, after that first reply, they completely stopped responding.
Since October 2025, all my follow-up emails have been ignored. Now it’s the end of March 2026, and I still have no resolution.
Be careful, this has been extremely frustrating. Unless you’re ready to keep paying or get stuck with no support, I would strongly advise staying away.
