Disappointed with its lack of intuitiveness knowing that you can never speak to a real person.
stealing money is illegal , this is the opportunity to make things right
I subscribed the first week of June which was 7 day free trial and I paid $9.99 for 2nd week I admit I was a day late so that was on me so I paid it immediately canceling deleting the app I left that paid week without ever using it.
Fast forward to the last 2 weeks of July I was charged for the subscription. Both $9.99 a week I have no app and a 4 week gap of no charges for this weekly subscriptions please explain to me why or how this happened?
Refund not eligible and denied by Apple which is totally bananas even with the “supposedly” weekly subscription that has a 4 week gap cancelled deleted forgotten that is clearly shown in my account.
why was I charged and why do you think it is ok to keep my money?
