Disappointed with its lack of intuitiveness knowing that you can never speak to a real person.
stealing money is illegal , this is the opportunity to make things right
I subscribed the first week of June which was 7 day free trial and I paid $9.99 for 2nd week I admit I was a day late so that was on me so I paid it immediately canceling deleting the app I left that paid week without ever using it.
Fast forward to the last 2 weeks of July I was charged for the subscription. Both $9.99 a week I have no app and a 4 week gap of no charges for this weekly subscriptions please explain to me why or how this happened?
Refund not eligible and denied by Apple which is totally bananas even with the “supposedly” weekly subscription that has a 4 week gap cancelled deleted forgotten that is clearly shown in my account.

This app is deceptive! The free trial cost 9.99 immediately. I had to get a new credit card because you cannot cancel your subscription. It continues to charge you even after you delete the app off the phone! Don’t get caught up with this stupid app! I have sent a complaint for refund but this is the scammiest app out there.

This app pretends to be google Authenticator and comes up in the results when searching for that. But after installation it wants to charge $10 per week after a 3 day trial which is ridiculously expensive.

Misleading app!!
We tell people to install Microsoft Authenticator for work. We started getting angry tickets about how it’s not free. Turns out everyone thought Authenticator App was Microsoft Authenticator. Hard to blame them - this app does everything it can to make you think it’s connected to Microsoft. Its name likeness, use of Microsoft imagery, and description make you think it’s a Microsoft product at first glance. Thats deception, and users can hardly be blamed for their initial confusion given how alike it is. This company knows exactly what they’re doing. Don’t fall for it.

This app impersonated as google authenticator but it's a fraud app that wants to charge you for almost over $20 dollar per month
I’m sad now
I wanted to use the free trial on this app for fun and I canceled it before the money came and now I can’t play none of my free games so now I just sit here and cry at night because this thing made it to work. I have to pay money before I can play my free games. I hate this app.
