Why do I have to have this f—king website
Don’t need it or want it but being forced to subscribe just so I can open 1 company website. Pisses me off

I wasn’t aware that this app was taking $10 out of my account weekly just to use, tried to find a way to cancel that but couldn’t find anything. This isn’t the correct Authenticator app if you are planning on using it for school .

No instructions or guidance
Downloaded the app on the recommendation of a service provider. Unfortunately, I could find no instructions or guidance as to how to actually use it. I admit I am not the most technically proficient but a basic walk-through or tutorial would have been helpful. I have unsubscribed before the expiration of the three day free period.

Rarely works
Although required by many apps I use, I’m constantly exchanging emails and entering the code dozens of times trying to get it to work.

I have been using this app for a little bit under a year and all of sudden it’s asking me to pay for weekly free trial
Do not download
This app is a scam. It said it had a 3 day trial and I cancelled it via Apple subscriptions within a couple hrs because it doesn’t work well and that night they charged me for the full year $78 CAD!! Their help/supportlink doesn’t work, says something about captcha. I want that money returned!
Avoid this trash
Did nothing to help. Tried to cancel and in settlings there’s a subscriptions tab. Can’t cancel there. Went to manage subscriptions tab. Says cancel anytime. Nowhere to do so though! Went to support. Tried to send message to cancel immediately. When hitting submit, it kept saying captcha not ready and wouldn’t proceed with sending the message. You’re trapped with the app. I’m contacting bank to dispute of charges are applied!!!

Microsoft just wants your money
I have used Hotmail for free for over a decade. It was purchased by Microsoft and now runs as Outlook. Every time I try to sign in it asks me to use the authenticator app, which is an app with a reoccurring charge. It will show other ways to sign in like with a security number sent to your phone, but then it says, “unable to send a notification” or if you try your password it will say it’s incorrect, even though it’s not, or if it actually sends you a verification text code it will send you right back to a place where you need the app. They will constantly prompt you to use this app. They are clearly coercing people into paying for their app. Very frustrating. Can’t access my account even though I am using the same phone number and correct password. Going to have to change my email service.

Die App ist nicht dauerhaft kostenlos und wenn man Pech hat, kommt man irgendwann nur noch durch Geld an seine Codes. Nicht wirklich vertrauenswürdig, da es keine einfache Möglichkeit gibt, kostenlos an seine Verifizierungscodes zukommen, nachdem man die App mehrere Monate benutzt hat - fast schon wie Kidnapping. Lieber eine kostenlose 2FA App installieren.

Some advanced features require a subscription, but access to saved authenticator data should not unexpectedly disappear. Ich habe diese App nun wenige Monate Problemlos genutzt.
Ich wollte nun jedoch mein Passwort ändern mit dem ich mich in diese App einlogge. Ich habe alles 100% richtig gemacht und es hat mir immer angezeigt, dass das Passwort falsch wäre. Bei einer Änderung??? Was kann da falsch sein? Ich hatte das neue 2 mal genau richtig eingegeben genauso wie das alte- es hat einfach nicht geklappt.
Und als ich mich anschließend komplett neu in die App einloggen wollte hat auch das nicht mehr funktioniert. Mein altes als auch mein neues Passwort hat nicht funktioniert für das einloggen!
Mir wurden also irgendwie beide Passwörter gesperrt obwohl ich alles richtig gemacht habe!
Eine 2FA App bei der man einfach den Zugriff verliert, nur, weil man sein Passwort ändern möchte ist nicht sehr sinnvoll!

AVOID THIS APP
Suck you in on a 2 day trial, app barely works so gave up and closed it, then got charged for a full subscription! Just avoid it and use a proper Authenticator rather than these low level fraudsters

Only purpose of this app is to steal our information
watch Charges on credit card
They keep charging their subscription even after cancelled on yhe same trial day. No phone service. emailed them but they won’t cancel or refund charges
It wont load any codes
I go to log into my account i put in the codes it sends me and it just says invalid code for everyone i put in
Struggling with this app
Nothing is remotely straight forward. I keep getting locked out and it won’t give me a code it is supposed to have generated
