Doesn’t work at all on IOS 26
Been using this app for 2FA for years. Upgraded my phone to IOS 26 due to security updates no longer being available for IOS 18 and it turns out this app no longer works on IOS 26. It just shows a blank screen. I lost all my tokens which sucks.
No easy way to port to a new phone
There’s no easy way to transfer the app contents to a new phone, even if you have them side by side. It wants me to do a full backup and restore from iTunes. Impractical.

I lost my old phone and I’m trying to login my old account(iCloud )

Does the job well
I don’t understand the 1-star reviews. The codes never failed me, and I’ve upgraded my phone with this app and had no issues in transferring… twice. Plus, the developer’s site says no data is collected. (privacy win!) Would like to see a biometric lock (face id/fingerprint) or password/PIN to open the app.

Still works the day I first started using it, haven’t realised it hasn’t been updated for the past 5 years, no issues though.
Needs TouchID/FaceID
And it'd be nice if there was a way to export your tokens as new QR codes to put into another app.
Cannot be moved to new device
Don’t use this Authenticator if you ever foresee a future in which you have to move to a new iPhone. The existing install cannot be moved to a new phone and all tokens will need to be manually recreated. All other authentication apps do this via a simple QR code, this one is hours of manual transfer work. Absolute garbage.

Yes this app is great but I’d like to export the codes I have to a new app and phone that’s no iPhone. Is there a way an update can be done to allow adding like a Google account to export codes too

I love this and I actually been using this app since 2023, I’ve had it on my first phone, my second phone and, And now my third phone that I’m using to write this (IPhone 6) And I mainly use this authenticator for Roblox,Fortnite verification, And etc. The only bad thing I don’t like is to get access to my old codes for discord and stuff like that but overall it’s a amazing authenticator and I’m just surprised as you are that I wrote all this 💀

Should warn you when transferring to a new iPhone
Doesn’t store to transfer to a new phone, so I’m screwed trying to two factor into some important accounts.
Codes unable to be recovered
This App has failed to restore ALL authentication codes on new iPhone from previous backup. All codes failed to load. Now unable to log into Facebook and many other Apps due to this Authenticator App loading EMPTY! No support available. Do not trust!
It Does exactly what it says
Great app, I like the fact that there are no backups created as I have my own backups so I consider that a feature
Ultra Lightweight Authenticator
As described, it just wants to do the one essential thing. However, it is considerate that there is also documentation on how users should manage and take responsibility.
Stupid
This is the 3rd time trying to get this thing to work. Asks for a token. Where do I get that?

Doesn’t work
I used it before for my Twitch. I got a new phone and wanted to get Twitch in it, but the authentication code didn’t work. I have no clue why. I didn’t change anything. It just stopped working.
Works fantastic for all my 2FA accounts
Only thing missing that I’d like is support for Apple Watch. Granted, I don’t know if Bluetooth transfer of code info would still be secure.
Is this app still being supported?
Downloaded iOS 17 & my Authenticator account is gone, with no option to load a back up.. last updates 4yesrs ago, is this a lost cause?
Great in (mostly) every way!
Great app, however there are 2 features missing to make it perfect. You cannot export the OTP details to another app, like to migrate to a PC based app, or unlock the database via password or biometrics. Otherwise amazing!
