Thought I was getting a three day trial but charged full amount. Still has adverts and app just spins when I go to add a single photo.

I love how easy it is to blur faces in my video with this app! The automatic detection saves me tons of time, and I can still choose which face to hide. It’s perfect for sharing personal clips without worrying about privacy! Thanks for good app.

Entre los anuncios de la versión gratuita y que no es nada intuitiva, me cuesta horrores difuminar una cara en una simple foto. Me la desinstalo.
App says you’ll get a 3 day free trial but instantly charges you
I really hope I can get a refund for this. It said I would get a 3 day free trial, but instead has instantly charged me $104 AUD. The app cannot do what I want it to do, which is why I wanted a free trial to at least test it. This app will work for basic videos but not if you want to select specific faces. It will only blur specific faces that the AI can “find” however, in a video, faces move around, and the blur will flicker on/off the face which makes it pointless. Please, developer, give me my $104 back. I hate to be that guy but that’s a lot of money for an app I will not use again.

Falle!Verbraucher-Täuschung!
Beim Kauf wird ein 3-Tage-Probe-Abonnement suggeriert, welches e gar nicht gibt. Ich wurde getäuscht und hab es gleich gemeldet. Aber es passiert nichts!! Das ist eine absolute Frechheit und Täuschung. Das Geld wurde sofort abgezogen und man hat ein Jahresabonnement. Die App kann man nicht ausprobieren! Finger weg!!!!!

Heute kam die Antwort:„Hallo! Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben – vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf hingewiesen haben. Der Fehler, der dazu führte, dass die kostenlose Testphase übersprungen wurde, wurde behoben. Die 3-tägige kostenlose Testversion funktioniert jetzt wie vorgesehen – es wird nicht sofort abgerechnet. Außerdem verbessern wir unsere Reaktionszeit im Support. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie der App noch eine Chance geben – Ihr Feedback hilft uns, besser zu werden!“
Mein Geld habe ich nicht wieder und ich denke nicht, dass sich was ändert. D ist eine Masche und für mich ein klarer Betrug! Mich ärgert, dass niemand diesen Anbieter sperrt oder auffordert den Kunden das Geld zurückzahlen. Ich werde so schnell keine Apps mehr testen.

Didn’t work for me. No real trial.
There is no 3 day trial as advertised. The app immediately takes a year’s subscription. Like another review in this thread, the app gets stuck on loading media, meaning you are paying for an app that doesn’t work.
