Image Quality & Crashing
The app is slow to load over a mobile network and frequently crashes. There’s also an issue where jobs show as “complete” in the app, even though they appear as “accepted” when logging into the desktop version.
Image quality is noticeably worse compared to using the iPhone’s native camera app. It would be a big improvement if users had the option to upload photos taken directly from the native camera instead of being restricted to in-app capture.
The “required images” feature can also be frustrating. Not all vehicles have the same features; for example, two-seater coupes don’t have back seats, so requiring those images doesn’t make sense. More flexibility here would make the process much smoother.
While the Auto Imaging support team is excellent and deserves 5 stars, the app itself is buggy and awkward to use, particularly when dealing with vehicles that don’t fit standard requirements. Overall, it would benefit from better stability, improved image handling, and the option for manual image uploads.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
This app is incredibly frustrating to use, rejects images for no reason. Do not let your business waste money on this, get AUTOS ON SHOW INSTEAD

Possibly the worst imaging app. The photos come out poor and the verification is annoying and inconsistent. Developers please fix.

Unreliable
This is without doubt the worst app I’ve ever used for imaging vehicles. Tech support is non existent.
Irritating
I use this app 5 days a week, it is irritatingly outdated. What’s more frustrating is that it would take one simple, relatively inexpensive update that modernises the app and prevents the camera from being upside down every time you go to photograph a section.

I have to use this app frequently. It would be half decent if it didn’t have an awful default of the camera being upside down half the time!!
