Aucun accès à l’historique ni au PV saisies
En tant qu’utilisateur, il est impossible d’accéder à l’historique des tâches réalisées ou de télécharger les PV saisis, ce que je trouve vraiment dommage.
J’ai récemment commis une erreur lors de la saisie de mon adresse e-mail pendant une formalité, ce qui fait que je n’ai jamais reçu le PV par mail. Après avoir contacté le support MoDel, on m’a simplement redirigé vers la concession (donneur d’ordre) pour obtenir ce document.
Résultat : un véritable parcours du combattant pour récupérer un simple PV que j’ai pourtant saisi moi-même.

Really Eats up iPhone 16e battery longevity.
Can the developers please pay attention to this apps power requirement as the latest version at the time of this review really uses up the battery when making a collection and delivery
App won’t open
After the latest update the app won’t open!
The app has gone backwards in functionality
Since I updated the app on 12/09/25 it has become very difficult to use.
The font sizes have reduced, the login screen is now terrible and trying to type in your password is poor.
Wen using the app, I noted that other users had similar complaints regarding the pictures and accessing them.
When you are in the app and processing a job for example and click to move forward to next screen then very often the app returns to the Ho e screen and also asks 'Do you want to continue editing?'
OF COURSE I DO!
So frustrating.
Please revert/rollback to the earlier version.
