Latest update

Just done the latest update and it’s horrific! The font is too big and because of that in the Home Screen the reg doesn’t fully show eg. DE75F… not very good if you have a few reg’s with similar letters at the end!!

Needs FaceID

It works but the constant need to log in is frustrating.
Please add FaceID to the app.

Terrible App.

Worst vehicle delivery App out there, big companies are brainwashed into thinking it’s fantastic but for the delivery agents on the ground having to use it it’s pathetic.
Platform designed by people that have never had to do the job.
A few simple changes would make it so much better.

Pretty effective but….

I use this as a driver who collects vehicles bought online, therefore it’s a condition checking/reporting tool that works nicely , even if some of the descriptors could be be better/more comprehensive.

Three big asks for the next update:
1: Fingerprint sign-in
2:Allow us drivers to see (read only) the job history for (say) the last tax year.
3: Allow copy of job details (e.g. postcode)

I’m available for direct contact if useful

Face ID & Passkey Support Please

Everytime I open the app I have to enter my password, passwords are really horrible, please support passkeys and Face ID at least!

MoDel

An excellent system that is easy to use and is made up of all of the latest technology.
Would recommend it to anyone who seriously wants to engage with Epods.

Hopeless

What is the point of rolling out the updates if all the issues are still there? Also, no support for iPhone's dark mode forces me to change the mode every time I have to choose one of the options in the app.

Does the job…

Works ok on my iPhone. Only niggle is in the photo gallery you can’t scroll through photos without first exiting the gallery and then going back into it. Otherwise this version seems to be working fine

Needs an upgrade

Upgrade the app.
1. Face ID
2. If you’ve submitted your expenses (bottom right give a chance to add extra on top.
3. Make an app faster.
4. Log in issues. You restart your phone, delete the app, still doesn’t help (Too many drivers, app simply can’t handle)
5. Sometimes 20% of the screen on the left hand side, you can’t see, looks like the screen moved left. Coz of that you don’t see what cars you’ve got if you wanna add expenses.
6. The app crashes quite often.
7. Make online version for those who can’t log in

BTW I still unable to log in.

My phone is upgraded to the latest software version.

We need reliable and smooth experience. Sort it out.

Compatibility of App and iPad devices

App initially worked well with my iPad mini device and I successfully used it for several months in my work environment but following the release of an update it no longer works correctly. I contacted the customer support team who were initially very helpful and were able to replicate the problem I was experiencing and they agreed to try and find a solution but now after several weeks of cooperation they are now ignoring my emails. I am now very disappointed and frustrated with this situation. The version of iPad mini I have is still listed as being compatible on the Apple App Store but clearly it isn’t.

Flawed

Needs individual user logins. Also needs permanent login, or login via fingerprint. Until then it’s borderline useless. One person in our organisation logs in incorrectly, which happens daily, and we’re back to paper. More trouble than it’s worth.
