Clearly told me when I signed up I could add both of my cars on the plan - until I tired to Bring my 2nd car 6 weeks after sign up - I will be canceling and getting a refund
Too Many Steps
I pull into get my wash, I have to login. Then I have to go through multiple steps to get to the QR Code. This app desperately needs to utilize biometrics and be a lot quicker and easier to use. I’m not the only one who struggles - pull in and watch how slow it is for each person to check in.
App Sucks
Since they updated the app a while back it absolutely sucks. They should fire the person in charge of the change. Constantly getting booted. Having to redo my password every time I get a wash. Horrible. The app is bad enough I will drop my membership and just pay every time and save myself 10 minutes each wash.

Best customer care service ever
App needs an upgrade!
Each time I use the Auto Bell app it takes forever to open. I changed phones from a cheap android to an IPhone 15 ProMax and still having trouble. Today it took almost 20 minutes to open the app; we deleted and downloaded again and still had issues. I called the number and all the girl on the phone could offer was to just be patient and wait! Auto Bell do better!

Honeygo Autobell car wash
I’m a retired USAF Colonel and me and my wife use the Honeygo Autobell car multiple times a week for our two vehicles. We both agree that the service and friendliness has been outstanding! I have a small dog that is in my vehicle all the time and the team there does a superb job cleaning both the interior and exterior of my car. I highly recommend Autobell to anyone who wants a job well done from a group of young adults who are no nonsense and energetic.

Service
Went in for exterior cleaning only , was advised to pull into the middle lane for wipe down. Cars in the full service lane that arrived after me started receiving service and I was never acknowledged.
Aweful
I was told my car was completed. When I paid for the $42 package and I couldn’t even tell my carpet was vacuumed or my dash was even wiped down. My windows were not even cleaned. I wouldn’t ever come back here. I this was a $20 job at the most.
Sucks
You update deleted all of my information had to log completely back in again. Then you asked for information that candidly kind of none of your business and their number three you basically seem to have deleted all the credits for the washes that have so it’s a bad update to your app and I’ll give it a zero if that was an option I may have to jump to the washing thing across the street. If you read this and anybody gives a flying leap then feel free to contact me via text or email.

Great wash, even better experience
I up as a member three months ago for their premier wash and I can’t be happier. Did you have a great job on the inside on the outside on the tires and even on a fifth tire if you happen to have a spare on the back? Caleb and the team today at Newark, De route 40 did a very professional service management and auto bell should be proud.

Just not good.
This app is less user friendly than the previous. There isn’t a reward section that shows what I can redeem my bells for. In the old app I could work towards something, this one we are flying blind. 1 star for having Apple Pay integrated. Who decided this was a good UI/UX.
New App Difficult
The old app was so easy to use. Now I have to ask the attendant to help me every time I go for a wash.

Old app was better
The old app was better all had to do was pull up. Select my car hit Wash and it was done. then after I get to the main Wash page and I select my car wash at the top of it it says join unlimited. I am already an unlimited member. There are too many clicks and too many things that I have to go through to get a basic car wash. You need to change the app to make it more basic for somebody who’s already a member to just select their car and select wash.

Bring the old app back
New app is terrible compared to the old one. Logins, passwords, worse UX, and many more clicks just to get a wash started.
