Can’t Log In
I’m not sure what’s going on with the app and the website. I am unable to log in to purchase a car wash. I try to use my email address and submit password, but it keeps giving me an error message. Not sure why.

Spent 66 bucks for wash and mats. They spent 13-14 minutes including wash on it. Rims were dirty, mats never were touched until I said something, windows were horrible, and truck was wet. Will never go back at that ridiculous price
App very difficult
Your new app is not customer friendly. I’ve been customer fifteen years pass month it’s been very difficult to use your app. Have to get help from employed. Change app!!

I decided to get my car wash today and decided to get the interior done the team didn’t say hello and position my car in between two vehicles and the young lady behind me who appeared to be the leader refused to move the white van after struggling. I pay monthly but will not go back to that location.

App database for does not contain a very common truck in the US
Autobell database does not contain the Dodge Ram 1500 Truck…I would very much like to see a picture of my truck instead of looking at generic cars on my app when I pay so much money to have the car washed. I don’t think this is a hard fix.

I’ve driven 30 minutes to this location at least three times a week for 4 plus years to bring all four of my vehicles because it was the best location to get your car washed. The attention, the detail that they used to have was phenomenal.
The last few times I’ve been there. It has been the absolute worst! No urgency, no care taken, no professional courtesy NOTHING! Too much conversation with each other rather than to the customer! I had relationships with the old crew & they knew what to do & did it with pride.
One of the team members that was supposed to do the inside of my car just wiped one passenger interior window and then proceeded to drive the car off never touched the inside windows and dried sections of the car & just slapped tire shine on with the rims still dirty! AND IT WASNT BUSY!
I am so agitated by this because it was not like this before!
I tip the guys very well (except this time)and to get service like this from this location is outright pathetic.
I will never be going back to this location again.
I’m hopeful that I’ll find a location that I’m happy with otherwise I will be discontinuing my premium account.

First of all kid did have time for me. In such a hurry could even let me ask a question and no one waiting behind me. Paid for Master Vac - I had to re vacuum Driver’s side after I looked under mat and the seat. Looked like completely missed this side. Had to wipe down the console myself. Paid for Premium Mat Cleaning too and definitely NOT worth it!!! Will NOT be going back!

Clearly told me when I signed up I could add both of my cars on the plan - until I tired to Bring my 2nd car 6 weeks after sign up - I will be canceling and getting a refund
Too Many Steps
I pull into get my wash, I have to login. Then I have to go through multiple steps to get to the QR Code. This app desperately needs to utilize biometrics and be a lot quicker and easier to use. I’m not the only one who struggles - pull in and watch how slow it is for each person to check in.
App Sucks
Since they updated the app a while back it absolutely sucks. They should fire the person in charge of the change. Constantly getting booted. Having to redo my password every time I get a wash. Horrible. The app is bad enough I will drop my membership and just pay every time and save myself 10 minutes each wash.

Best customer care service ever
App needs an upgrade!
Each time I use the Auto Bell app it takes forever to open. I changed phones from a cheap android to an IPhone 15 ProMax and still having trouble. Today it took almost 20 minutes to open the app; we deleted and downloaded again and still had issues. I called the number and all the girl on the phone could offer was to just be patient and wait! Auto Bell do better!

Honeygo Autobell car wash
I’m a retired USAF Colonel and me and my wife use the Honeygo Autobell car multiple times a week for our two vehicles. We both agree that the service and friendliness has been outstanding! I have a small dog that is in my vehicle all the time and the team there does a superb job cleaning both the interior and exterior of my car. I highly recommend Autobell to anyone who wants a job well done from a group of young adults who are no nonsense and energetic.

Went in for exterior cleaning only , was advised to pull into the middle lane for wipe down. Cars in the full service lane that arrived after me started receiving service and I was never acknowledged.
