About

AutoBook is the AI that works every lead your dealership gets — on your website chat, by text, by email, and on the phone — answering questions, qualifying buyers, and booking appointments around the clock. This is the app where your team meets that AI: see what it's doing, step in when it matters, and run your day from the floor. It's built for everyone on the store's side of the conversation — salespeople, managers, and GMs — with manager tools shown only to the people who need them. ATTENTION: ONE QUEUE THAT ACTUALLY CLEARS Your home screen is a single list of work that needs a human: the AI needs an answer, a draft is waiting to send, a ready buyer surfaced, a customer asked for a person, a voicemail landed, a document needs sending. Rows leave when the work is done, not when you glance at them, and one badge counts what's genuinely still open. EVERY CONVERSATION, EVERY CHANNEL, ONE THREAD Website chat, texts, email, and phone calls with the same customer appear in one timeline, in order. Search the whole store, filter by channel or outcome, and see who's driving each thread at a glance: you're in, someone else is in, or the AI is paused. TAKE OVER, HAND BACK Take over from the AI mid-conversation. You type; the customer sees one seamless conversation. Hand it back and the AI picks up where you left off. If a teammate is already in, you'll see that too — two people never talk over each other. ANSWER THE AI'S QUESTIONS When the AI hits something it shouldn't guess at — a price-match policy, a trade-in ballpark — it asks you instead of winging it. You see what the customer asked and what the AI proposes. Send it, send and take over, take over instead, or pass it to the team. YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS Every live deal, lensed by how close it is: Working, Ready, Engaged, Exploring, Not scored, Closed. Open a deal jacket for the readiness call, the evidence behind it, and the full history. Claim a buyer with one tap so the team knows they're yours. CALLS WITH THE WHOLE STORY ON SCREEN Customer calls ring on your phone with their name, their deal, and what they've been discussing with the AI on screen before you answer. Call out from any thread or profile. Log the outcome when you hang up. ASK YOUR BOOK IN PLAIN ENGLISH Who haven't I followed up with this week? Which of my deals are ready? Ask in words and get an answer with the rows behind it, each one tappable. Managers can ask the whole store. Or just talk: say "remind me Thursday to call Tony" and the reminder is waiting in your tasks. FOR MANAGERS AND GMs Pause the AI for your store or a single channel, and resume with a tap. Mark a rep out sick and reassign their open work, threads, and service claims in one pass. Review held drafts before they send. Read the store's numbers, not just your own. YOUR DAY Appointments grouped by day — mark them kept, no-show, or cancelled and capture sold or lost from the floor. Reminders you created by talking. Your weekly hours, lunch, minimum notice, and time off — exactly what customers see when they book with you. NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR TERMS Eight kinds of alert, each switched independently. Mute the FYIs. Set quiet hours. Let genuinely urgent things break through when you want them to. Snooze anything, and it stays snoozed on your other devices. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR, NOT THE DESK Everything updates live. Notifications deep-link straight to the thing they name. Threads in another language translate in place. Lose signal and the app says so — and tells you when it last synced. AutoBook requires an account set up by your dealership: your admin invites you, and you sign in with your AutoBook web credentials. There is no self-signup in the app. Some features depend on your dealership's AutoBook plan and setup. Questions: support@auto-book.ca
