Saves My Time (and sanity)
This app is a total sanity saver. I'm in marketing so I send & receive hundreds of emails a day. Organization of my communication and document management are my two main concerns, and this app keeps everything organized. I love how easy it is to search--whether I'm looking for a file, a conversation or a person. I have used Vmoso for everything from daily projects with coworkers and our external consultants, to sharing guest list and wedding planning documents with my now-husband and our vendors. The only downside is it takes some effort to learn all the different features because there are so many and I'm sure I'm not even using all of them now, but once you get up to speed it's great. Try the "&" "@" and "#" features--they're awesome. Oh and I love that it's FREE.
