In my case, the application will load, but it will not allow me to register! And then of course there’s no access to any diagnostics if there is anything built into this. I really hate these scammers!

I downloaded the app and tried to create an account, but it always gives me the warning that something went wrong and I need to try later. It renders my automend pro device useless

Absolutely useless app, device and customer service. The app and its functions are basic, I really wouldn’t waste your money.

Bad Customer Service
I bought the Automend Pro and wanted to return them for a refund. I filled out the online form and got a response on December 4th asking for my order number even though the order number was put in the form I filled out online. I responded the same day, gave them the order number, but did not hear anything back.
On December 15th, I received an email from them but it was supposed to be sent to someone else because it had that person’s name instead of mine. I responded, told them it was sent to the wrong person but have not heard back.
I called a couple of times, left a voicemail but have not heard back. They give 30 days to return and I’m now at the 30 days. I guess I will not be getting a refund. I would’ve had better luck buying from Amazon.

Buyer Beware No Customer Support
I am a new buyer of a unit. I’m having issues with set up and customer support will simply not return my emails. The US customer support number in the app is even a broken line.
100 plus 10 bucks a month
Paid 100 for the device to scan my car. Now i have to pay 120 every year on top of that. Definitely returning this product and buying a handheld one i dont have to pay monthly for.
Norton says that the app is dangerous
I have a Norton subscription on my phone and it’s saying that the site is well known to be dangerous. I screenshot it but I don’t know if there is a way to attach it to my review. This is the first time Norton has ever warned me about an app. I wouldn’t trust it.

Love app
I had some trouble connecting at first but restarted the app and everything was good to go. I appreciate that the app don’t just detect errors, it also gives practical advices and even suggestion to auto part stores. Definitely recommend for my friends!

The brand is superb. Very durable, easy to use product. The app is straight forward and user-friendly. Just follow the prompts on the screen. Definitely the best one to begin with for newbie.

This is worth every-single-penny! I got a decent report on DTC codes which tells me exactly what my cars’ issues are and how to fix them. Thumb up from me!

*The developer response I received was not only terribly inadequate but in fact is circular logic. I have already tried to do as he/she suggests. I have gone to the website and attempted to contact the company by phone. So far, totally pointless. To date it has been one month and no response from the company. I stand by my original assessment. IT IS A SCAM*
I received this product for Christmas but already had another product. I have been trying without success to return the hardware since 12/27. I cannot reach the company. They refuse to respond to emails. The phone number (if you can find it) goes nowhere. I gave it one star because that’s the lowest allowed rating. It deserves a zero.

Do not work
Disappointing, do not work with my 2015 Passat. Waited for 20 ninutes to scan, it started to move but it stopped. Reinstalled app woth no luck.
Not functional
The device worked one time, but now consistently gives me “Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later.” error code. No matter what I do, it gives me this. Just another super buggy app in my opinion.
