Just started using Autopilot CRM tonight, and so far I’m really impressed. The layout is clean, everything is easy to find, and it didn’t take long to figure things out. As someone who was a huge Jobber loyalist for a long time, I can say it’s not too late to switch — it took a leap of faith, but I’m already happy with the results. If you’re on the fence, it’s definitely worth trying.

Genius!
I have been on auto pilot for several months now and because of it, I actually know where my dumpster rentals are located! This system is a one stop shop and has added so much value to my business.

I use this app. It’s just as good and way cheaper than all the other big name home service CRM. I’m just not sure if there is an API to integrate with zapier, open phone and AI software to stay up to date with all the latest developments. I didn’t look but if not my feedback would be to get right on that asap!

Needs Work
The is functional but you have to use tricks and take extra steps in order to complete simple tasks. I heard Autopilot is just a white label of an existing product - really no excuse for such slow development and deployment of features in any case

We are not a white label, this is an original product. Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the app; We're always working to improve the UX. At this time we have a very small dev team covering a lot of code, but we're planning on growing soon and should be able to roll out new features more quickly in the future. I hope you try it out again later on!

I am the owner of Gorilla Junk Removal and I use this 100% of the time for my CRM. Interface is easy to use the sky is the limit when it comes to features. I really like how the dashboard shows your analytics in a very easy to read way.
