Cancelled my free trial, I only made like 3 invoices and they are acting like I’m scamming them out of thousands!

Cancelled my subscription with no notice. As you contractors know we are very valuable and sensitive tax information entrusted to store in this app. Sending invoices every week. We cannot afford to lose valuable information or be held up for a week. Terrible business. We should be paid for using this app. !!!CAUTION!!!!!

Would not recommend
We had used Workiz for about a year or two for some of our businesses and had two accounts. We switched to a better alternative that was considerably cheaper and offered more. I canceled one of our accounts out, but the other one I completely forgot about and they were still billing at 199 a month. After requesting to cancel at the end of July, the first person said that they would refund if another payment was taken out. Second person who called to basically ask why we are leaving and to say they have a 30 day period, That helps us gather information before they are allowed to cancel and will not refund any money. The bothersome part is the communication on their side. As well as the CRM isn’t extremely user-friendly I have a dozen I’d recommend in place.

This is by far the worst platform and service out there ! There is absolutely no help or onboarding ! Save your time and find something else !
Can’t cancel my subscription, stupid rules.
Workiz took our money for an annual plan even though we asked to cancel our account. We would like to request a refund. Your team hasn't been responding to us since April 28th regarding the account cancellation. We would like to immediately receive a refund and get our account cancelled.
