This is by far the worst platform and service out there ! There is absolutely no help or onboarding ! Save your time and find something else !

Canโ€™t cancel my subscription, stupid rules.

Workiz took our money for an annual plan even though we asked to cancel our account. We would like to request a refund. Your team hasn't been responding to us since April 28th regarding the account cancellation. We would like to immediately receive a refund and get our account cancelled.

Like about 95%

Enjoying using the app for our fire protection business, however when I click on the clients icon, the app gets stuck on that page and I canโ€™t go back to the home screen , so I have to close out of the app entirely. Also, would be nice to have โ€œfilesโ€ or โ€œdocumentsโ€ accessible on the app by client, not just by the job.
Otherwise, very useful app for field techs and office staff on the go.

Garbage app always freezes and crashes waste of time

Restricts access to customer information

If you donโ€™t have an active paying account with this company they will not let you access customer information on mobile. Keep in mind you can do everything that this app can do and more with QuickBooks for hundreds less per month, which is what I use now. Do not bother.
