Worst leads app ever
I had a terrible experience with Networx. They charged me over $100, but many of the leads I received were from people who told me they had never requested any information or had no idea why they were being contacted. Paying for fake or low-quality leads is unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was customer support. Instead of acknowledging the problem, their sales team kept pushing me to stay on the platform by offering account credits. They repeatedly blamed me for not closing jobs, rather than addressing the fact that the leads themselves were poor quality.
I expected legitimate leads and professional customer service. Instead, I lost money and wasted valuable time contacting people who never asked for my services.
I would not recommend Networx to any contractor or business looking for reliable leads.

Great Concept But Broken Process
Network X has a solid concept for lead generation, and the platform’s ability to capture potential customers is impressive. However, the backend experience for technicians and contractors is deeply frustrating and ultimately unsustainable.
The core issue is lead quality. You are paying premium prices—ranging from $25 to $75 per lead—but the return on investment is failing. Based on my experience:
80% of leads do not answer the phone.
10% of leads that do answer are not serious and are not ready to commit to work.
Only 10% are actually viable prospects you can potentially win.
There is a severe lack of accountability on the customer side. I recently spent $350 on leads only to land one small job that generated $200 in revenue—far less than the cost of the leads themselves. As a business owner, I cannot afford to spend $300–$400 weekly on leads that don't convert. Until there is a better verification process to ensure customers are actually serious about hiring, this platform is a significant financial drain for contractors.
