FRAUDSTERS
They will send you customers who will violate the terms of the agreement. I spent over $500 in supplies to prep for the interior paint for customer named Charles Redd(CHAZ) prior to starting Charles violated the contract agreement. He refused to pay even a low deposit of $500, it took until the second day to receive this. I informed Charles we will no longer be doing any exterior paint work. Due to extensive damage to the siding and will require the whole exterior be scraped manually. This adds time and labor to the project, now Charles demanded us to leave the job with no pay after completing a ton of work for him in just 2 days. We painted ALL THE CEILINGS AND WALLS in the interior. I told him he needs to pay us for the work we performed if he’s telling us to leave the job site. Charles said he will not pay anything for any of the work we completed. He demanded us to finish the interior and he only wanted to pay $1,000 to paint the entire interior. The cost of Labor and Materials has already exceeded $1,500. It cost me over $500 to buy all the material to begin work for Charles. He’s yet to pay his initial deposit and we performed over $4,000 in free work for Charles. I paid my guys over $1,000 in 2 days to do this work. Charles was only complaining and whining although we did a ton of work in such little time but yet he’s not happy because he is preying on vulnerable painters. I have taken over $1,500 loss out of my own pocket, I have documented all of the videos and pictures of the work we did for him. Charles finally agreed to pay his initial deposit a day late and broke the trust with us. Charles demanded we talk inside his car, after agreeing to speak with him more about the issue inside his car. The first thing Charles did when I stepped inside his vehicle was pull out his GUN and at that point I decided that I will agree to whatever Charles says to avoid a violent confrontation. We agreed on a new term that greatly benefits Charles just to hurry up and escape danger. After Charles left, I decided it’s best we leave this job for the safety of my crew. We will take this loss and proceed with legal action against Charles Redd(CHAZ). HeyPros doesn’t care one bit even after contacting the support team multiple times with zero responses. My attorney will be filing a lawsuit against this company and Charles Redd house will have a mechanics lien filed in the county. In the meantime I pray that no one else takes a loss because I had to take out a $2,000 loan to begin a project that was suppose to help me make a couple hundred dollars instead it’s turned into a debt and now not sure if I can even operate with a big loss being a small business.

Definitely reccomended
We’ve been using HeyPros for a while now and it’s by far the best way to get the scope for any job out to sub contractors!
Leads
First off. Hey Pros said if I leave them a good review they would give me 3 leads.
When you get a lead most of the time you can’t even get ahold of anyone. It’s a subscription based app and it’s on a point system. I been on this app for a little more then 3 months and have not landed one lead. To be honest I can stand in front of Home Depot and pass out my business cards and get a lot more leads and secure jobs that way.
