used to use quickbooks, started marketing and this is a great way to get leads organized, it’s a tool, only small issue i have with it is it’s a little bit buggy sometimes, i use it on my iphone and ipad, over all would 100% recommend

BAD BUSINESS
The business will gladly take your money and offer no fair resolution. The onboarding process is stressful, and time consuming, which i never was able to complete. Its hard to run a business and get acquainted with a new software. I requested a pause and they told me it was good for 60 days. I forgot about it and thought it was paused until I resumed. I contacted the company once my bookkeepers saw all the charges. They can see on my end that I haven't been using the product. But they refused a refund. They refused to escalate it and make it right. Beware if you are a busy business owner! They are happy to take your money and give you no grace!
