注意这是个诈骗软件

预定时会收一笔很高的费用（2200日元），你以为是餐厅预扣的费用，但是实际上是他们的服务费！预约这么多次没有见过预约还要收额外费用。

실수로 취소

실수로 취소 버튼을 눌렀다가 취소 철회버튼이 있어서 바로 눌렀는데 그대로 취소를 시켜버리고 예약금은 안돌려주네요? 아무리 메세지를 보내도 답장도 없고, 잘 못 걸리면 돈날리는 어플인건가요?

4550 jpy non refundable reservation fee for a dinner worth 16000 jpy. Use this service only if you consider this reasonable.

網站表示預約成功，但致電給該店鋪確認時對方表示收不到有關預約，未成功預約已預先扣除20000日元信用額，實在離譜，會報警處理

Carmine’s does not accept AutoReserve.

I made my reservation in NYC through AutoReserve. When I arrived they had no reservation for my family. They said they do not work with this company. We ended up being able to sot at the bar, but no birthday celebration for my husband.

예약도 안 했는데 예약금이라고 2640엔 가져가놓고 아직도 환불 안 해줌 아주 미친 새끼들임 어느나라 새끼들이 만든 어플인지는 모르겠는데 제대로 미친게 분명함 이 개새끼들 당장 환불 해주라고 말했다 예약이 제대로 됐으면 몰라 예약도 안됐는데 왜 가져가냐고 ㅅㅂ 돈 내놓으라고

As such, we may also list restaurants that are not directly partnered with our service. In addition, AutoReserve accepts requests for highly sought-after restaurants that are difficult to book, as well as restaurants located in other countries. In these cases, a reservation fee will be charged only when the booking is successfully completed. The fee varies depending on the restaurant, and any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your request.
