You could not believe an app this bad has an update to fix bugs but ends up with more different bugs. The developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves for developing such rubbish!

Since Snap on updated the VHC app 3 days ago on 17-03-21 it has become completely unusable on apple iPod touch, has caused massive disruption to the operation of our Ford dealership!

Se bloquea cada 2x3, no es ágil ni intuitiva, excesivamente lenta y no se le puede adjuntar todas las piezas necesarias para una correcta explicación de los despieces y presupuestos. Entretiene en exceso al mecánico para el desarrollo de sus actividades y con un iPod demasiado pequeño donde no se pueden ver correctamente los comentarios que se van adjuntando, ect.,ect.....

Don’t help technicians enough we need speed of use and ease this latest version has not helped the people on the ground. Slow to use means it costs us money so if necessary go back to original system

Half the time plays up, new update won’t on my ipad despite on a higher ISO version than necessary, and my login won’t work on a desktop. Wouldn’t use if my work would let me use something else.

Absolutely terrible snap on version. Please roll back to the previous version. This snap on version takes so long to go through and makes me try to avoid putting any red or amber work on it
