Not incredible
Disappointed. Windshield is still dirty and the dryer barely worked. Spots everywhere. But I guess it is cleaner than it was. I think I should just stick with the cheaper wash.

Why do you need an app to use a vacuum! And had to pay?? Remember when this was free? AND it didn’t even work!!

Very disappointing!! Had the Superior Plus wash, it last only 4 minutes, didn’t do the undercarriage!! Never go there again.
Slow, hassle, why does everything need an app
The app was terribly slow, took 10 minutes to set up an account and verify my email which I ended up having to use a different email than what I started with. Once I got into the app it was slow, confusing, when I just need to vacuum my car. Dumb. Never would’ve gone to wash had I known.
Vacuum did not work
It was supposed to open a qt code or my camera and it did nothing so paid for wash, had to go to 2 different bays as lots of no function and then no vacuum. Worthless!
