Poor Wash
Have to be honest, this place is a big letdown. First, it’s not a cheap wash. Second, the car doesn’t get dried very well and you have to park afterwards to finish drying off your car. Thirdly, the automatic car washes are often down or at least have been when I’ve tried to come early in the morning. Finally, you do not get what you pay for.

Stupid app doesn’t work. Says the closest location is 800 miles away while I’m literally inside getting a wash. SMH
App doesn’t allow you to pay to vacuum…
It seems like AutoWash is more interested in adding gimmicky marketing features to their app than actually making it usable. Came to the Central Park location to use their vacuum, was required to download their app that then didn’t even display the option for vacuuming. The QR code they have you scan has outdated information and there is no way to search for “vacuum” in the app. If you are going to make consumers use your janky technology at least make it work. Remember, you are a car wash at the end of the day - something that has been done without an app for the majority of history.

Never works when it needs to
Whenever I’m at the car wash and trying to load the app it never works. And if I try to sign into the free WiFi it never goes through. I also was using a discount and it just ended without notifying me and changed the price I was paying from $24.99 to $59.99 out of nowhere.
Won’t load
It loaded once for a single short vacuum session. When I went to pay for more time I just started getting a white screen every time I went to try and go to the payment. Connected to WiFi, hotspot, and cellular. I’d just get a white screen.

Easy access to washes all over the DENVER Metro area. Anytime I’m out and about, I just open the app and whip into the closest wash location. My jeep loves getting ‘a bath’. I have saved so much time and so much money. I can’t get any more excited! :)
App is fine, company is terrible
I have 3 Autowash facilities near me which is why I signed up. The Autowash’s at those facilities are frequently broken and by frequently, every week. I’m luck if I can get my car in once a month unless I want to hand wash it.
UI is awful
Tried to download the app to do a vacuum, and whoever’s idea it was to do a vacuum service that is only activated by an app is one of the worst idea people on the history of humanity. Only $1 at a time is the only option I could get to work, and when I tried to vacuum after my first $1 was used the app was no longer operable. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, and it’s well deserved.

Black car doesn’t dry well
The air doesn’t blow enough on the car to dry it and I have water marks all over when I leave
Problematic machines
For recent visits to Meadows Ranch location, 1 of the 2 autowash bays has been inoperative on 4 of my 6 visits. Very unreliable equipment
Not accurate with used washes
I did not use two washes and the app automatically assigned them as used. Can’t find a way to get ahold of customer service. Ready to cancel

Easy Peasy To Use
I love this app! It shows nearby car washes to the vicinity you are in and allows you to earn points, money and etc with their spin game. On top of all of that - the Car Washes are always kept clean and work superb!
