AutoWorksGo

AutoWorksGo is the mobile extension of the AutoWorksGo web application. The iOS app does not support sign-up. Employee accounts are created by the business, using the employee’s email as the username. The app helps workshops manage customers, vehicles, work orders, billing, inventory, and employees through a simple, user-friendly interface. The Dashboard displays billed and unbilled amounts, customer search, and quick access to Estimates, Work Orders, Direct Sales, and Billing. Work order statuses include Draft, In Progress, On Hold, Ready, Returned, and Delivered. The Inventory section supports spare-parts search, supplier and purchase management, direct sales, and real-time stock tracking. A Quick Action Menu allows fast creation of Estimates, Work Orders, Direct Sales, Purchases, and Expenses. The Accounts and More sections provide access to billing, expenses, employee details, transactions, and bussiness profile management. AutoWorksGo enables workshops to reduce manual work, streamline operations, and improve workflow efficiency—all from a mobile device.
