MyAutoWorks

MyAutoWorks is a companion mobile application for customers of workshops using the AutoWorksGo web-based service management platform (https://autoworksgo.com/np/ ). It allows users to conveniently track and manage their vehicle servicing activities. Key features include: Viewing work order status (hold, in progress, ready, delivered, returned) Accessing complete vehicle service history Real-time service tracking Downloading and sharing invoices for completed (Ready/Delivered) work orders Vehicle Servicing Appointment Request feature Users must link their account with a workshop. A link request is automatically created when the user’s mobile number matches the number registered by the workshop and must be approved via the AutoWorksGo web system. Only work orders matching both phone number and vehicle number are shown, ensuring privacy and accuracy. The app maintains full service history and active work orders. It also includes a map-based feature to discover nearby AutoWorksGo workshops (view-only, no booking). Users can access Help & Support, FAQs, and receive push notifications for work order updates. OTP & Phone Number Support: Login and registration require OTP verification. The app currently supports OTP delivery for: Nepal (+977) United States & Canada (+1) Australia (+61) Users must use a supported country number to receive OTP successfully. Account Deletion: Accounts requested for deletion are retained for 30 days and can be restored via OTP login. After this period, accounts are permanently deleted.
