No order number shows
This app sucks because it does not allow you to review your orders once they’ve been placed. At the end of an order, it says thanks for your order and has an order number that is not visible at the bottom of the screen. You cannot move the screen to expose the order number. Therefore, you are ordering blind every time and cannot tell if all your items were actually purchased.

Doesn't save login info
App is fine overall, but it's a complete pain to log in so often. Why doesn't it save long-term???

Would be nice if I didn’t have to keep entering a location and selecting a store every time I open the app now. I don’t know what’s changed but it saves all my vehicles but not which store? It’s fine though, it just makes me use the Advance Auto app and go to their store or Oreillys.

Super bad customer service from the store manager
Will not be visiting this location ever again. My car was running hot and I pulled to this auto zone to get some “ all seal “. I only had a $100 bill, the manager of the store “ Alex M. “ refuse to break the $100 so a good samaritan broke the $100 for me. so I put the $20 on the counter. Mind you, the manager had an attitude from the start. He said he “ refuses service before I had an “ attitude “
My friend that was with me kept asking him what’s the problem we for change now you don’t wanna service us .. and he’s like well “ ask her “ skip to the chaos, he called me a raggedy b@$&, make racist comments and also was pulling at his pants like he was going to pull something out. The situation doesn’t sit well with me at all. As a manager, you show professionalism and etc.
I got nothing but curse words.
I want him FIRED. I know I am not the only one who has an issue with this guy. I’m unsure what the discrimination was about but I feel like since he’s gay & I’m a girl that’s why it went the way it did.
If you’re big on how you receive customer service then you understand where I’m coming from.
There’s more to it & there is also witnesses. He needs to be fired or stepped down from the manager position because that’s not how you talk to nor treat a customer ..
I want my money back & I will NEVER visit that location again

This app really gives me the reda**! It seems to randomly give the option for “in store only” results. Even under the search filters tab it doesn’t give the options for “pick up in store” or “in stock only”. How stupid. Why on earth would i want 150 results for something i cant go pick up. If i wanted to order something i would just order it myself for WAYYY cheaper.
