Can’t find Merchandise card balance
If your Merchandise card is going to tell me to go to Autozone. Com to check the card balance, at least make it easy to find. I’ve been all over your site and still can’t find the card balance.

Could use an update
Keeps logging me off every time i close the app, having to keep signing in its very annoying
Terrible app
This app literally makes you log in every single time you use it and for some reason it doesn’t even sync with the iOS passwords to where your log in gets saved so every time you use it you have to re-enter your email and then once your in the app it doesn’t save your payment information so that as well, you have to re-enter every single time. I love shopping at auto zone and I’m disabled and I was super excited about the app when I found out about it, but dang man, get with times, these are simple functions that are literally on every single other shopping app. Fix this, asap! Oreillys is across the street and my patience may just run out.

Recent update in Sept.
This app has had its pros and cons, but after the last update I am deleting and using website. I have several cars saved in my account and for some reason no matter which car I pick to shop for the search bar pulls up all of the possible parts for all of Autozone instead of searching the specific car that I am searching for. I don’t know if it’s a bug or something else but it renders the app useless.

I ordered two items and the stores either told me to call other ones because the somehow didn’t have same inventory on the website or the store never sent it when the did have it in stock.

Failure to deliver
Placed an order for $140 for next day delivery on Monday. It’s Thursday, no parts half the order is cancelled and I have no way of getting my money to fix the things necessary once again. What if I lose my job because of this?

I like to give Kudos to employee Lenny of the Flushing NY store, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in selecting and informing me of the battery I was purchasing for my BMW. He made me feel very confident with my purchase and was very happy to help me he is a true asset to Auto Zone.
Frustrating
Every time I close the app on my phone, I have to login. The app won’t remember my username/email. Constantly having to input my information. Very frustrating. I’m going back to Napa
