Reservation booking does not work through the app. Just loads endlessly and doesn’t go through.

Doesn’t function for things needed most

Forget using this app if you want to make dinner reservations. We were told that we could make reservations through the app 30 days before our arrival and the app never functioned. When we called the resort, we were told that you have no choice but to make a reservation through the app, even though it doesn’t work. We arrive to our hotel and scrambled to make reservations and our first day there we had no choice, but to eat at the awful buffet. They could do so much better with this app. Moon Palace has an app that is absolutely seamless and great functionality. They could take a lesson from them.

Horrible reservations

Placing a reservation on restaurants is horrible, sometimes it places you for reservations in different restaurants at different times. It’s like they generated this app with ai.

Riddled with Problems

As of April 3 the app still fails to make dinner reservations even for a single room. Forget about it if you are reserving for a larger group.

Unusable app

This thing is just absolute garbage. You can’t use it to book a reservation (which I am pretty sure is a way to force you to the timeshare selling folks)

The map isn’t interactive or searchable in a meaningful way. You can’t zoom in properly.

There are no hours listed for anything and god forbid you should try to actually connect it to your reservation.

I could vibe code a better app in an evening than this garbage.

Worst app ever

I heard about how bad it is to make a reservation for the restaurant and was hoping there will be improvements when I get there. As expected this app doesn’t do anything besides looking at restaurant menu. Can’t make any reservations. next day I want to give another try by making reservations. It got worst, it wouldn’t let me go to the next page. Stuck at the first page where you inputting basic information like the number of my parties. Also finally did made reservations at lobby they can’t show it in your app, or email you or text you… I have to write down on a piece of paper. Seriously with the price of this hotel? What is the app for? Better have the lobby book your restaurant and only use this app to check the menu.

This App is terrible!!! Does not work at all. You can’t book any reservations. Restaurants are all over booked and can’t get a reservation. App does not work don’t waste your time! If I could do zero stars I would!
