Closing the app on IPhone
On my Apple IPhone when I swipe up on the application window to close the application, it takes my screen brightness to zero.
Repeated attempts to login failed
I am able to login with a browser but it fails repeatedly on the app. I have a balance I cannot access to use at the kiosk. Horrible app design. Doesn’t autofill email from saved passwords on Apple wallet either.
Fix it already!
The slowest most buggy app for paying. It messes up screen brightness, freezes, won’t let you auto-reload, takes multiple attempts to reload funds, and it is generally easier to pay with a card or Apple pay at the kiosk.

This app is trash. I can never add a new payment method due to internal server error. Also why does my screen go black every time im using it. Fix your app already, it’s been years
Needs works
The app works okay, wish they would allow Face ID to login, also it would be nice to use Apple Pay to reload your account. Lastly there is a bug where when you login the screen will go really dim.

Truly unusable
This app is filled to the brim with the most basic of issues. Why would you trust it to facilitate a transaction when its designers don't even know not to put white text on a white background? I reloaded my balance only to find that my kiosk cannot scan the app's barcode display. So I tried linking my account to a physical card. Once completed, I paid with the card and discovered the card has its own separate balance, and I just paid for nothing. I want a refund.

So bad. Useless. Worse than just using Apple Pay.
Forces you to login every time and somehow won’t autofill password, hits a server error when you try to add a card for auto-reload. Can’t add your barcode to your wallet. Garbage.
Messy
A messy app, some buttons/links don’t work. Signing in every break is annoying. A lot of bugs, will boot you out and tell you password incorrect and then password never sends anything. Locking you out of your money. Screen dimming. These things have been problems for years and are extremely easy to fix. They do not care.

Doesn’t work
Hasn’t worked to reload in a long time. Completely useless. Cant even use my own money on it.
2025 and still has issues
Company I worked for switched to now using “peak refreshments” which uses this app. A lot of old issues with turn app are still persistent. Have to enter your password every single time to use it. It’s a long process to add funds to your account. Either manually type your card info in or request a PIN number emailed to you that you’ll need to enter. After doing what you need to do in the app it dims your phone screen completely. I just added $10, it shows it in my balance, but when I go to pay it says I don’t have the money in there. Works when it wants to I highly suggest not using this app

Needs fixing
It was doing well for a while, but then it kept glitching and now you can’t even reload it or add a payment method on the app and when you try to go to support, it says page not found I can no longer put money onto my account through the appPlease fix this.
Good but
I’ve used the app for over a year now. Simple. But I wish the developers could change when I leave the app it doesn’t turn my screen brightness almost to zero every single time.
Dim screen
I hate that my screen dims. Then trying to find my settings so that I can turn it back up to see it.

App or website does not let you log in. It's slow on both platforms and dims your phones brightness

My main issue is that when you close out of the app it causes the phone to dim its screen brightness all the way down. I feel like this shouldn’t even be an option how does this app have that kind of access to the settings?
Poor experience
Won’t store password. Won’t use Face ID. Won’t remember stored payment info. Won’t allow auto pay to update. Very frustrating app
