Terrible App / Terrible Service
Aside from the terrible functionality, ambiguity of order statuses, and clunkiness of the app, their services are garbage. Don’t use their delivery services at all. Absolutely terrible. They don’t refund tips if an order is not completed. Then they make you jump through AI loops to be able to talk to someone who can help and by that time you have to re-enter all the info you gave the AI. For some reason the AI can’t remember your answers so you end up entering it multiple times. They use instacart delivery services and that has been a disaster. Incompetent all around. Never could get the address right even with clear instructions. Smiths and Instacart get the lowest scores possible for not caring about their customers or services they offer. I recommend using completely different services if you dont want to feel swindled or frustrated with each step of the order.

Search from List view
It would be really helpful if when you’re in list view, if you could search for an item without having to exit the list view.
Would give zero stars if possible.
Just learned this app is now gonna start introducing AI into its app. Absolutely awful just makes this company look cheap. Was definitely buggy before now I can’t imagine the problems I’m gonna have after this stupid update. Reminder AI in the United States, uses roughly 450,000,000 gallons of water. All of these apps are using AI and incorporating it in their app. When our earth runs out of water, all of these companies should be to blame. Including Smith’s and Kroger.

If it only worked
This website is the worst and it always needs an update which you can never get Wi-Fi in a Smith’s store. It’s all on purpose.
