App auto refreshes / autocloses too soon.
Awesome app. Easy to use. But I've noticed that way roo many times the app doesn't stay nicely in the background. It automatically goes to the home screen. Drivers payment details disappeares because of this. Please fix this. Prevent it from Automatically loading.
Very slow app
Too many things in one app. Design is good but app is loaded with too many things food, taxi, zakaath, insurance…. Making it slow. Phone is getting overheated sometimes. Customers need a fast, reliable and easy to use simple app. And cannot pick a spot manually, jt automatically changes to nearest place listed.

Can't update phone number
The new app doesn't allow you to change your phone number. Very inconvenient

Disappointed
Have to pay a significant amount for the avas food delivery but they don’t delivery upstairs even with a lift available. Lazy. They would rather spend 30 mins downstairs watching tiktok than provide paid services to customers. Also the location of the car doesn’t show like it used to on the old app.
