App auto refreshes / autocloses too soon.
Awesome app. Easy to use. But I've noticed that way roo many times the app doesn't stay nicely in the background. It automatically goes to the home screen. Drivers payment details disappeares because of this. Please fix this. Prevent it from Automatically loading.
Very slow app
Too many things in one app. Design is good but app is loaded with too many things food, taxi, zakaath, insurance…. Making it slow. Phone is getting overheated sometimes. Customers need a fast, reliable and easy to use simple app. And cannot pick a spot manually, jt automatically changes to nearest place listed.

Can't update phone number
The new app doesn't allow you to change your phone number. Very inconvenient

Disappointed
Have to pay a significant amount for the avas food delivery but they don’t delivery upstairs even with a lift available. Lazy. They would rather spend 30 mins downstairs watching tiktok than provide paid services to customers. Also the location of the car doesn’t show like it used to on the old app.

just after adding my debit card to the app, my card started getting a lot of unauthorized transactions. my card details got compromised due to poor security implementation on this app.

Cannot even log in
I’ve been using the Avas apps for a long time now, today after I’d used avas ride in a while I got the link for Avas app, obviously this was news to me so I downloaded it but since then I’ve tried to log in but it keeps saying user not found. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s something else entirely but for now this app is rated as such until there’s a solution or even a work around. Usability wise I can’t say anything but doesn’t work since I can’t even log into it in the first place.

Unacceptable service!
Taxi drivers wants their convenience even if the customer needs to go urgently. Waiting for 2 hours and still not able to get a taxi. Road stopped drivers won’t give a ride even if the car is empty. One driver said, “car beyruga in number ah gulhaaleema libeyne”. EVEN THE TAXI CENTRE SAID THE DRIVERS ARE NOT PICKING UP. Avas ride or any other ride is not helping!
