Service is sooo poor, even after these riders picked the food it will take more than 30mins for them to deliver regardless if the shop is nearby to our location.. Sad..

Cannot load the app
I haven’t been able to load the app. I’ve uninstalled it multiple times however it’s just the same.
Do not think this is an app from Avas group, this app is made from Sri Lanka
This is an app from Avas Food Sri lanka unrelated to Maldivian company avas group, and they are very careless with the app and havent made any updates or changed

Despite the app lacking a privacy policy page and leaking user’s vulnerable information such as Address and phone number with live location of the user to everyone. I demand my data to be deleted and answer for the trouble you have caused us

Terrible Service
The app doesn’t allow ordering from multiple restaurants. If you search something and have to go back to the previous screen, it takes you all the way back to the main screen. App is generally okay, and can be used with inconveniences. It’s the service that is absolutely terrible. They will take hours to deliver the food. When it is delivered, there’s no standard. All the food might be dumped into a paper bag or food might be leaking into the main shopping bag. I ordered two or three items on many occasions and all of those orders were packed into one packaging on multiple times. My last order of a coffee and a pancake was smashed into each other and delivered as a blob of food. Generally, it’s a terrible service and not worth using. Most restaurants do free deliveries now. Just order directly and avoid the delivery charges that this app is charging you.

Bad delivery time, old app design
App is inconvenient as it is with orders take over an hour to deliver.
