App errors
The app is nice and easy to navigate but it gets buggy often times. It closes on its own or the screen blacks out a lot. Sometimes it just gets stuck or doesn’t load. All the other apps work perfectly fine on my phone so it’s definitely a foodies app issue. Developers need to fix that.
Food was not delivered
after payment we called back after 1 hour, they said it’s on the way but the food never got delivered, when we called the hotline guy spoke rudely and said it was our problem we selected a wrong option from the app when we did it correctly, the phone was never answered when we rang after more than 2 hours we texted and said we didn’t want the food anymore and want a refund and still we didn’t get any response at all not even an apology until after a few days we got a confirmation we will be refunded and got a refund after a month+. awful customer service.

Slow and horrible customer service
Do not order food from them if you’re hungry. Orders are delayed and customer service is completely useless. In the time it took them to deliver the meal I could have cooked the dish

Don’t waste your time
Ordered food on this app, and it literally took over 3 hours to deliver. Not only was the restaurant careless, but to say the customer service on this app is lacking or minimal would be an understatement. They didn’t pick up the phone and were not responsive on Viber. If it were upto me, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star.
