DO NOT USE EATSTREET
They don’t send orders to the restaurants, then they won’t REFUND THE ORDER. But if you contact them the robot will LIE and say they already refunded it. THEY ARE STEALING. They should have dissolved after they filed for bankruptcy because this company is a joke.

I had a situation in which I had ordered food that never got delivered. The delivery person only called (no voicemail or text message sent) and then when I called back it didn’t even go to voicemail it just rang forever. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do because they had closed out the delivery drivers and weren’t able or willing to do anything else. When I contacted Eat Street they did NOTHING, except suggest I call the restaurant (which I already had done). At this point I assume that whom ever the delivery driver is just took my whole order- when I called the restaurant they didn’t even give the option to go pick it up. Eat street is garbage and you’d be better off ordering anywhere else if you can.

Worst app ever
Its my first time ordering and iv waited an hour and they sent me a second message and told me my order has been delayed and iv waited another hour and it still didn’t arrive
Horrible experience!
I had the most HORRIBLE experience on each street. I purchased from mama’s noodle bar and it was $18.83, my order never arrived, they never updated me or emailed me back NOTHING. I tried emailing multiple times and they never emailed back, I tracked my order and my said delivered but nothing was waiting outside, I tried going to the neighbors and seeing if they possibly got the wrong house, but nothing. I found out the restaurant I ordered from never even shipped out, and the dasher refused to pick up my order even after giving a $3 tip. I received a email shortly after 2 days from eat street “unfortunately we won’t be giving you the full price back, we’ll refund you $5” and that was it, they declined to pay the full $18.83 and nor the dasher. I’m disappointed, hurt, angry, confused and stressed. NEVER EVER WILL ORDER HERE AGAIN.

Don’t waste your time. Orders are always off. When they are, good luck getting a refund.
