Protecting

Great site providing 24 hour protection from scammers

Dishonest

I wanted to start the free trial because it would not allow me to sign in. Instead of letting me have a free trial, it took £40 annual fee straight out of my account without my permission!! I can’t afford to pay that amount in full. Very sneaky and dishonest for a security app.

It has been two days, and I have not been able to get it installed yet.

I am trying to understand how it is possible that I was able to get my Mac up and running immediately but, two days after ordering and paying for this service, yet I am unable to install it on my iPhone because a solution is still being worked on.. GRR!

Hacked

My Avast account is currently hacked, the hacker accessed all my ‘avast protected’ email addresses via Avast and has currently blocked out 3/4 of the Avast screen, meanwhile running an Avast bug check is revealing nothing and customer services are doing nothing.

Avast security keeps me feeling safe.

I feel safe with Avast security. They are right on top of things if there is a threat of any type. It is a little expensive for an elderly widow but I do what I cans. Avast has been very good to me and love being able to ask questions when I don’t understand things. Thank you Avast for taking care of my fears.

Looks as described

It can do everything that you need a Wi-Fi protector of VPN

Don’t download

Wont let me try it out

Inexpensive smartphone protection

An excellent & easy to use security device. Would recommend if you value simple & effective.

Top notch

I’m a lot happier now I’m not getting all these scam phone calls and emails peace at last

Please report this since I cannot.

Since I’m not a paid member I cannot report bugs!m! Please report it since you work for Avast.

iOS 26.6 - Avast One 26.12.0
iPhone 16 Pro Max - latest updates.

First activate Web Guard. Then download ProtonVPN, connect to a vpn, then disconnect. Now open Avast One, it still says Web Guard is connected, yet if I open iPhone Settings, VPN says it’s disconnected. So users think Avast Web Guard is connected still when it’s not.

This is critical!! Such bad security!! Yet Norton gives you a notification that it’s not connected, so why is Avast missing this important feature? Is it because I’m not a paid member? Either way, it’s not good enough.

Hi there

Is it free and how long , as most marketing is extremely deceptive !!!!!!!!’,,,it is not free !!!, just a trail period ?, then you have to pay !!!! Not free

Avast on my IPhone

Poor quality, difficult to use , I’m sure there’s better out there

Unbelievably difficult to login and recognize account

I don’t even think this app does anything we’re wasting money. Now I can’t use Netflix and I can’t login to your app which I pay for to fix any settings. Total scam.

Worth it

With this I can see if a a person trying to track and block other stuff and everything

Rating For You

The VPN is unstable

Great but when Scam Guarden is enabled

When it’s enabled and I open my iPhone settings, vpn, I see it’s disabled, yet Avast app says it’s enabled. So I always have to open iPhone settings and make sure VPN it’s enabled. Please fix this. Even when I install say ProtonVPN I enable that, then later I turn it off and I find Avast still says Scam Guard is enabled when it’s actually not on.

Won't let me open

I guess it's cuz I have stalkerware that's already using it

26.11.1 fails to work on iOS

3 months of hell. Have an online Avast Gold Individual account - 2 year contract, successful use or earlier versions of Avast One on mobile iOS devices but now cannot: log in to the mobile app Avast One (26.11.1) on iPhone/iPad, use email Guardian for my registered email address, add more email addresses to my account, no hack check reports generated, emails sent to Avast Support are rejected and not delivered. Have approached Avast Customer Support multiple times and been escalated to the Senior Team on several occasions - no response received.

Can’t get past sign-in

I am unable to sign into this app using my existing account information. I’m not sure what the issue is, because I can login to other apps from Avast just fine. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, signing in with my password, and signing in with a one time passcode. Nothing has worked. I get a message saying “Oops, something went wrong. We're fixing an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Please try again later.”
