This is ridiculous. I cannot clock in. Connected to WiFi or Data, it doesn’t matter. It’s more of a headache and extra time to deal with clock in and clock outs. App needs updating, or revamping.
Help not optional
No matter how many times I press the help button on the app it does nothing. There’s also no way that I can see to add previous hours
Doesn’t log entries as it should
It takes several attempts to log click in.. and several attempts to click out. This is a recent issue. I thought it needed an update, but no updates available.
App does not work
I tried using this app and it keeps freezing I have a new phone but it seems like its much too glitchy. They really need an It support team to get this one fixed.
Login Screen Needs Work
The login screen needs some attention. After entering in password and hitting login, password is shown in clear text.
If presented with a notification upon login, user should be able to tap button stating not to show again.
Adding read status/ removing read messages from main screen would be nice.
Clock-out page should include check boxes prior to clocking out and confirming.
Flow of the app can use some updating.

Logging in
Have yet to have a successful login. Doesn’t take my username and password . I’ve reset my password and still no access…

Fix the darn App. Not very professional.
WORST DOESN’T WORK !!!
I would give this a zero not a 1. Almost all punches are rejected. If you’re off by a few seconds your lunch will be rejected no matter what . There should be a “missing/ fix punch” option for rejected punches ! What is the point of clicking in and out if they are going to be rejected ? DO BETTER PLEASE

Nothing works and the interface is terrible

This application needs some serious..serious…serious work. Ui is clunky and unresponsive, it makes clocking in tedious at times.

This app gives me a hard time and does not work. I wish there was a zero star review because that can’t even begin the describe how terrible it is. Either fix your system or don’t release an app to begin with.

i have had a terrible experience with this app and it has caused a lot of problems. whatever I try to do it tells me that its failed. this app is pointless due to the fact that nothing works and what a hard time it gives not just to me but to others as well.

It’s always causing problems to clock in . It don’t let you log in then it keeps telling you *REQUIRED
LIKE WTH is that mean ? I got sent message that my supervisor had to unlock my account. But on his end it don’t show it’s locked . Iv changed my password many times because it kept asking to do so . I’m frustrated and no one’s available to talk to in regards to support.

The worst app horrible
Terrible! My client is having so many issues with punches! They are being canceled by the system and or Denied!!!! I will give 0 stars!!!. I need customer service to take this in consideration! Im going to terminate my service with this company!!!
