Unfortunate

This app is horrible slow constantly crashes. Freezes slow performance can’t wait till we switch to a different one.

What a disappoint

I do not think you could make a work order system with more unnecessary steps than this one.

Not recommended for iPhones

If my company didn't force me to use this I would have deleted from my phone months ago. Every ticket I need to update requires a swipe up and rerun. When I ask my boss he says delete and reinstall. My favorite feature is, if you make a timing mistake the app goes into freeze mode. You think you're updating tickets but no. You have to go through the "clear freeze". Then it updates. Meanwhile management is wondering if you'll do any work today. The app smells like week old fish.
