Worst app for work I’ve ever used
I knew salesforce always sucked but this is a whole new level. Never syncs and then screws up everything on the schedule. Works about 10% of the time. Worst app ive ever had to use for work
Have to have it for job
Worst app EVER. I have to contact technical support every time I try to sign into this thing.
Buggy and now it’s slow
I already definitely have left a bad review and I’m leaving another one because now, including all of my goers, the app is just beyond sluggish. It takes forever to switch screens loading takes forever. I have to close the app just to try to get anywhere. And multiple times just trying to cycle through whatever it is that I’m trying to do. Totally not a fan of being part of the “experiment” for them to integrate towing. Field service is awful.

No good
The company I work for was trying to switch over to using our phones and this app, but I find it very difficult to navigate having to always refresh the screen. I still use the tablet that was assigned to us. Please do better. I would love to be able to use my phone.

If you are trying to get this app for your employees i suggest look for something else it used to be good but nowadays its just doing syncing and then crash in middle of it and funny thing none of the features work until sync is done
They Didn’t Even Try
I think they paid a developer $10 to throw this app together. Seriously the controls on this app are the least ergonomic thing I’ve ever seen. Every action requires you to swipe up from the bottom. Twice. Then you have to go through each action one at a time, instead of just choosing the status you’d like to set the job at on one simple tap. There are tons of options in the app that nobody ever uses. All they do is clutter up the screen. The options which are used aren’t even front and center where they should be. I shouldn’t have to tap and scroll 20 times to get to one item. It should be right at the top where it makes sense to be if it is used most. Besides the horrible design, even the things that work well don’t always work. The map feature crashes and glitches. The app freezes and crashes. Probably once a week I have to delete and redownload the app because it gets stuck in a crash loop. Emailing a service ticket to a customer requires about 20 steps that you have to go through one by one. There should be one button for email and it should be already programmed to send to a customer contact set in the app. Honestly I should charge a consultant fee for all the good feedback I’m giving you guys. About once a month, the app asks if I would like to give feedback. I press “yes” and then the app crashes. So I can’t even give feedback which is why I’m writing this review. Terrible app and I wouldn’t touch it if it wasn’t made mandatory by the company I work for

Worst app ever
Our company moved to this app and it’s the biggest waste of time and resources that I have ever seen. Have to delete the app almost daily just to make it function. Only recommend it if you’re a sadist and enjoy spending hours trying to fill out work orders just for it to lose its mind and you get to start over.

I do not think you could make a work order system with more unnecessary steps than this one.
Not recommended for iPhones
If my company didn't force me to use this I would have deleted from my phone months ago. Every ticket I need to update requires a swipe up and rerun. When I ask my boss he says delete and reinstall. My favorite feature is, if you make a timing mistake the app goes into freeze mode. You think you're updating tickets but no. You have to go through the "clear freeze". Then it updates. Meanwhile management is wondering if you'll do any work today. The app smells like week old fish.

Very easy to navigate
The app is easy to navigate right off the back I have been using it for a couple of days and I’m able to do everything I need to do
Wrong date for start up time
I can’t edit my start date. It automatically started on the previous date and I can’t change it or clock out.
Update
No info on how to update app within the app.
Updated and crashes
I updated the app and now it will not open. Restarted my phone several times, now it is useless

Salesforce v ServiceNow apps
Our company had been using SalesForce (SFS) and ServiceNow in tandem.
Everyone avoided SFS as it was slow, nothing is easy or intuitive to find and you had to click 3-4x times more to achieve anything compared to ServiceNow.
Now the company has chosen SFS as the only app to use 🤦♂️ It’s a nightmare - constant sync issues, information and details hidden in the multiple tabs, not flexible or intuitive at all. So much clicking required 😵💫
Do NOT recommend.
