This app SUCKS
This is the worst app ever. God help you if you forget your password. They email you a temp and 90% of the time it says “temporary password incorrect” and then you get locked out. After that, good luck getting someone on the phone to help. You have a better chance of winning the Powerball. So frustrating.

Al I needed was an oil change…they couldn’t find an oil & lube place that is “in network”. Sent me to a tire place. Ridiculous.
My first ever review just to try to get this fixed
Usually a buggy app isn’t enough to actually impede my ability to do my job, but in this case it is. I have to log in to see a notification about a vehicle, and then the page that allows me to see alerts gets cut off. Right now I have a high alert message that says “Manufacture recall has been…” and that’s it. I can’t read the whole thing. My options are “Ok” and “Mark as Unread.” This app is absolutely terrible. Developers, please use ChatGPT or take a basic programming class because this could hardly get worse.

Since update and new look, DOES NOT WORK. Delete, reinstall, can use once. After that, only get white screen. Delete again, reinstall, again can only use once.
