Great app
I love being able to have full visibility into my child’s schedule. This is super helpful to manage our day to day. It’s also very easy to use and navigate. BIG help using technology to solve a manual process. Very grateful for this!

I AM a new employee first day trying to sign in , told my DOb last 4 social security number are written wrong.
Worst app EVER!
I don’t understand why a company as large as Aveanna can sit back and make its employees deal with such an awful app several times a day!
App has too many problems and complications.
If I could give this app zero stars I would. Does not pick up on clock ins or out. Restarts itself, logs me out and then I lose my shift notes. I have to repeatedly type the shift notes in after they have been deleted. Please test this app before launching. It’s stressful to use something like this that has so many complications. Thanks.

Updates were downgrades
The app has had nothing but issues for months. Screen rotating randomly, won’t let me clock in or out half the time, and the quality of my pictures are so blurry no matter what. I’ve updated with every new update, and I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app more than a handful of times now. It worked great when it first rolled out to us though.

So many problems
Don’t know if Aveanna reads these reviews, but they should know that the app has so many problems since the update. While charting, the screen will automatically swipe itself to the clock-in page and then all of the info I’ve charted will be deleted. Last night it continually did that so I had to re-enter information at least five times. I have to rotate the phone to a weird angle in order to sign my name.

Garbage App. Paper charting is better than this trash
Update after update and still problems. This app does nothing but complicate an already stressful job. It causes you to do more work than needed & often repeat your work as it never stores the information. You can’t sign properly bc the sig box rotation. This app is garbage and apparently doesn’t get tested before launching updates. Use ANYTHING else you can. Notice I’m not the only one saying the app doesn’t work worth a darn.

Saves So Much Time!!!
This app helps to quickly document the necessary care given to patients and allows more time to actually focus on the patient. No more driving paperwork back to the office either so saves time for caregivers as well! :)
