Not reliable
This app is frustrating and has many bugs it does not seem to work
Crashes
It’s good when it works, but it randomly just crashes out with a blue screen and tells you that the date and time are incorrect, and it needs to be reset, which there is no way to reset it! Even when I turn off my phone to reset it it does not work! The support for the app is nonexistent and it seems like there is no one to update this app as I’ve done had it for six years now.

Kan time
I like the mobile app because it is easier to see. I also like the way looks color wise
Issues no rescheduling in app...
KanTime glitches times up and scrolls randomly.
The Other issue is logging you out to much.
I hate it for EVV as my bosses are so distracted now and it’s hard to complete a supervisor visit.
I also hate the way it takes upper long to sync.

Modules/tasks missing
Modules and task are missing under patient’s name. There’s nowhere to put the notes in. This app does not allow me to correctly record my daily task that I do for patients.
Great vs others
I really like it vs the other ones I’ve had in the past ! very easy to use and I like that it’s an electronic signature, I’m a caregiver for my 8 year old daughter. Thanks x
