Avec is really useful for when you want to read emails fast. For example, say you want to read as many emails as possible before your meeting, Avec does the job!
A game changer for Gmail
I don’t write reviews. Certainly not for apps. In this case, I’m making an unusual and rare exception. I don’t even remember how I found out about Avec, but it has really simplified my experience on Gmail. And I say that as someone who routes all of my various business emails through Gmail.
The voice and dictation features are best in class. Seriously. The efficiency and ease of use of the app is best in class. There are even one or two Easter eggs that are worth discovering when you have a moment. And this app will make sure that you DO have extra moments because of the time it will save you.

Takes anxiety out of email
For me it’s made email less of a roulette wheel and more of an easy task to tend to less frequently throughout the day. Makes an honest difference in how each day flows.

Download. Start using. This app is mind blowingly good. I cleaned out my inbox in a few minutes. Replied to people with voice. Cleaned up message with voice. Oh my gosh. So good!!!
Hands down the best email app
This app has completely replaced the Gmail app for me. I cannot recommend it enough. Do yourself and your inbox a favor and download this app now.
Wanted tinder style inbox management, this is that and more!
Wanted just a simple swipe left or right interface to manage my unreads. Well this app is perfect for that, but I’ve been really surprised how helpful the smarter features are. The automatic grouping of low importance emails has been awesome, better than gmails automatic categorization for me. The quick unsubscribe button is also perfectly placed so I can hit it whenever marketing emails come up. Really impressed with this little app. It’s free and has no ads—I’d easily pay money for it!

The unsubscribe button I have needed
I have used Avec for a couple weeks now and I am incredibly impressed by its ability to highlight what is important and clean up what isn’t. The unsubscribe feature is life changing
Helps with my email anxiety
I hate reading emails and hate responding to them even more but Avec helps me get through it all!!
I freeze up when I need to reply to important things but being able to compose from voice and having excellent drafts in seconds is amazing. The swipe feature also helps me feel super organized and the search function has found any old email I need to reference.

This app makes it way easier to not have hundreds of unread emails. Not just by streamlining the process, but making it actually easier to respond.

The app is clean and incredibly easy to use As of right now the app can only support google accounts which is fine but they said they would be adding more email services to it

Finally. This is how email should be.
While the (very responsive) team still has some important features to add (such as support for older, fuller inboxes), there is no doubt that this is the best email client I’ve used to date. And I’ve tried a lot!
Getting through my emails with easier swipes and natural language dictated replies that get formatted and fixed for me is a game-changer.
Searching my inbox using AI for obscure things I can’t normally find feels like magic.
It feels polished. Truly helpful. And I can’t wait to see what gets added next.

great experience
I think the overall experience is great, but two things are falling short on my end. The paraphrasing feature is like 60% hit rate, so sometimes I have to just manually type stuff. which obviously is fine but feels like a broken feature. Another thing is that it's really hard to actually have signatures set up.

Exactly what a mobile email app should be
The moment you start using the app the experience is feels fresh and yet familiar, everything clicks! It’s what an email app should be. Hoping they support iCloud mail soon then I’ll be able to really delete the rest of my email apps
Fast, thoughtful, and delightful
I’ve been using Avec throughout the beta, and it quickly became my default email app. The experience is fast, focused, and thoughtfully designed in a way that makes other email apps feel slow by comparison. This is one of the few email apps that actually makes email feel lighter.
Productivity made fun!
As someone who geeks out about productivity, Avec is amazing. Also, as someone who never seems to have enough time in the day, the Avec app is even more amazing and it's super easy to use. The transcription feature is a game changer and it makes other transcription tools feel ancient. I can fumble my thoughts and it still picks up what I’m putting down, which amazes me every time.
I even look forward to the new release emails from the Avec team. Normally I’d rush to unsubscribe, but the team makes updates fun and worth reading. You don’t want to miss what’s new because they’re constantly improving the app and rolling out new features and improvements.
