Faster dictation and more reliable Notes - Dictation now uses real-time transcription by default, delivering transcripts faster. - Manage speakers in Notes from one place: rename speakers, mark yourself, review transcript samples, and preview the matching audio. - Notes recordings recover more safely after calls and other interruptions. A new Recording Recovery screen lets you export recoverable audio from Settings → Help Center. - The Monologue keyboard now picks up mode changes made in the app without needing to restart the keyboard. - Quick Dictation from the Action Button and Shortcuts now works without pausing other audio. - Notes now show more accurate recording times and keep speaker colors consistent. Plus additional reliability and performance improvements.

Best voice to text I’ve used

I love monologue and use it everyday. Great for capturing thoughts, dictating to my agents, and just general talking to my computer. Really want it on windows so I can use it on all my devices!

Wispr Flow alt

I love the Every newsletter so much that the apps feel like a bonus. I fell in love with using dictation with Wispr Flow but realized I could do similar or same with Monologue. I have yet to test M on Mac and hoping it has some of the smart saving properties that Wispr does! (Like if I forget to put my cursor in the right place can I go back and grab the transcript from the app directly?) Stoked to give it a try.
