super useful and beautifully designed
The more I use Unforgetful, the more I realize how transparently useful it is. It’s as if it’s written just for me, offering the nagging I need but gracefully getting out of the way if that’s what I want. Remarkably humane and sensitive software design. Apple software used to do this regularly by design; Marco’s devised a software culture that I’ve been missing from Apple itself.

can’t even use the app
it would be helpful if you actually let me use the app instead of forcing me to being stuck on some free trial screen with nothing to exit out of. so no matter how much i’ve restart the app it always brings me back to the free trial screen with nothing to click out of

Just what I needed
Thank you for Unforgetful :) I’ve managed to submit my passport renewal more than two months before the old one expired *and* I didn’t have to be constantly anxious or guilty about it. It’s the app I never knew I needed.

The APP I didn’t know I needed
Between work, family, chores, hobbies, friends, and whatever else life throws at me- I have 10-15 things I need to do a day and before this app, I would just forget! Not anymore. It’s simple, but SMART. Has just the features I need, not what I think I wanted. Has truly made my life BETTER.

Stopped sending push notifications
Has been working fine for weeks, then stopped sending push notifications. No response from developer for weeks. Tried reinstalling, even joined the the TestFlight beta. Now back to regular, all the time a paying customer.
Real bummer, because I loved the app when it worked.
