Cumbersome

Will not open at all. Screen goes black then back to home screen. Had to delete app and download a second time for app to work.

Okay

Interface remains out of date. Looks they have removed the "convenience" fee. So it is now useful for paying bills. Usage graphs do not function and cannot review past bills.
