It’s a great app, but if you sign out you’re screwed it you don’t remember your username to sign back in. There isn’t an option for “forgot username/password.”
I know my password, but apparently I can’t remember my username because it won’t accept it. Ugh! My ticket to the event is on the app.

Super Useful! Re: Can’t Get Into the App

Contains all you need to know for navigating Congress and nearby hot spots in Minneapolis! For the review (and others) that are having trouble logging in, username is the email used to purchase your ticket, and the password is “congress”.
