Needs major improvement

I have to watch everything basically via my phone safari instead of the app because the app will not play any videos or slideshows at all. Yet somehow if i log in through my phone’s safari everything runs smoothly.

Will the sound ever work?

I find it rather difficult that these videos are required to watch yet they have no sound and load and move in slow motion. It’s been almost a year and I’ve yet to hear any sound.
